What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. The best estimate is available at the time of ordering. (and in the confirmation email).

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, consider checking with those around you. from your concierge, or the local relay point/post office.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We prepare orders quickly. If your order has not yet been shipped, a modification or cancellation It may sometimes be possible.

Gift options: Can I give a product as a gift?

You can have it delivered directly to the recipient's address. For special requests, please use the Contact form at the bottom of the page.

Are the ankle bracelets adjustable?

Most of our models are adjustable thanks to an extension chain or a knot system (depending on the style). The “adjustable” detail (and the size range) is indicated on each product page.

What materials do you use?

Depending on the collection, you will find stainless steel models, woven styles, as well as creations based on pearls and inspired by seashells . The exact materials and finishes are always specified on each product page.
