What are the delivery times? +
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. The best estimate is available at the time of ordering. (and in the confirmation email).
I haven't received my package, what should I do? +
If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, consider checking with those around you.

Are the ankle bracelets adjustable? +
Most of our models are adjustable thanks to an extension chain or a knot system (depending on the style). The “adjustable” detail (and the size range) is indicated on each product page.
What materials do you use? +
Depending on the collection, you will find stainless steel models, woven styles, as well as creations based on pearls and inspired by seashells . The exact materials and finishes are always specified on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept? +
